In 2024, Sweetieland began a new chapter in Canada and is now based in the Greater Toronto Area. While our location has changed, our philosophy remains the same: to deliver structured, high-quality cake art education rooted in craftsmanship, artistic discipline, and international standards.
Today, Sweetieland offers in-person professional cake art programs in Canada, alongside an online academy designed for students worldwide. We believe cake art is not only a craft, but a refined form of artistic expression that deserves thoughtful teaching and professional guidance.

Venus Ng
Founder & Lead Instructor
Venus Ng is the founder of Sweetieland and a professional cake artist and educator with over ten years of teaching experience. Her expertise includes edible flower design, sugar flowers, Korean bean paste flowers, buttercream floral techniques, and artistic palette knife cake decoration.
Venus received professional training in the United Kingdom, the United States, Korea, and Japan, studying under internationally recognized masters and institutions. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with numerous well-known Korean instructors and has developed a clear, systematic teaching approach that supports students at different stages of their learning journey.
Now based in Canada, Venus continues to lead Sweetieland’s professional in-person programs and online academy, supporting students who wish to pursue cake art as a serious creative discipline or a professional pathway.
